Yes as of now, we only take on design or design&build projects in Abu Dhabi.
We provide both online and on-site initial consultations. Our fees are based on the the duration of the consultation and necessary travel costs.

Charging for the designer fee depends on the size and complexity of the garden and the new design. To keep it simple we charge on an hourly rate. However, to further determine the cost of the designer fee, first we need to know about your ideas and budget, so we can give a fair calculation. There is a misconception about garden designers that they only work
with plants and do the gardening. Garden designers are not gardeners but
professionals who have a wide knowledge of design, plants and
horticulture, construction and project management. Hiring a garden
designer is a good choice when you are thinking about uplifting your
garden or outdoor living space with a well thought design that keeps all
elements and features in harmony with your home and the overall
landscape.
The overall cost of a garden design and build depends on the
complexity, size, features, materials and plants being used in the
garden. Just like the design fee, we take into consideration all the
above when giving you the quotation. It is important to be realistic
about the money you would like to spend and invest into your garden.
Designing and building a garden is similar to building a house, a
complex work with complex tasks. When its done properly it definitely
adds value to your property. Usually gardens add up to 15% value to the
property, so setting a budget equal to 5-10% of the value of your home
is a good starting point.
Both the design and build phase depend again on the size and
complexity of your garden. An average garden will take 4-6 weeks to design and 2-3 months to build. Small makeovers (below 300 sqm) can be done in a few weeks from design to build and bigger gardens with more complex designs like swimming pool or large construction work can take longer time to finish.
We usually work on medium or large size gardens; 400-800 sqm, or beyond 1000 sqm areas, which require around 6-8 weeks to complete the design and 4-6 months to build.
We don’t have our own landscaping team in-house.
We are working with professional landscaping teams who have a wealth of experience in soft and hard landscaping, swimming pool build, outdoor structures, water features, lighting and irrigation systems.
We prefer working with our choice of professionals when Design Guardianship is also part of our scope. These teams have a strong track record of installing the design, have a deep understanding of our Design Packs and have great communication that ensures a smooth process.
That said, we are also happy to work with other teams, however we can’t guarantee the outcome of the Design Build as per the standards we expect from our preferred teams. In case you prefer contracting your own team, it is very important to discuss the Design with the team you have selected to ensure expectations, that the roles and responsibilities are clear and agreed by all parties before starting the Design Build.
We do not take percentage or commission from any contractors, the utmost importance to us is to put the project into good hands so that the project is successful.
We always consider your priorities ours too. When our job comes to
tendering the project we aim to find you the best possible choice of
contractors and/or suppliers, who provide great quality of work/products
and their quotation suits your expectations and budget.
We disclose all necessary details and information in our quotations;
- The selected services and what they include
- Terms and Conditions on; payments, services, revisions, guardianship, photography, etc.
- The validity of the quotation for the project.

We don’t offer initial plans or designs before our quotation and downpayment is confirmed.
We take our offers and projects seriously and we are committed to each and every one of the potential projects we submit our quotations for. Note that the quotation you receive from us is not only adding prices to the selected services, but also indicating the possible timeline of the project and we consider our availability to be able to commit to the services we offer. As all these aspects go hand in hand, please be mindful of our perspective and requirements, too.
If we don’t receive any feedback or confirmation within the validity of the quotation, i.e. the quotation is expired, we have to clear our offer and availability for the project.
If you are still interested to work with us past the validity of our offer, we consider the same project as new inquiry. This is subject to our availabilities at the time to commit to the project again. If we don’t have availability we will notify you that we can’t commit to the project anymore.
