If you are looking for a complex garden design service that includes creativity, unique, custom-cut ideas converted into professional plans, drawings and 3D visuals to create a completely new garden, we are here to cover it all.
We start with the Design Brief that turns into a Concept and by the end of this service we provide a detailed Design Pack including all the necessary documents that are required for a successful implementation; such as the master set-out plan, detailed drawings for structures and features, full planting plan, 3D render visualizations and of course the project material list based on the finalized design.
Final design fees may vary depending on the project’s complexity, specific requirements, location, and timeline.
DESIGN GUARDIANSHIP
If you would like us to ensure that your design is brought to life with precision, we offer a design guardianship service to actively support the build process from a designer’s perspective. We remain closely involved from start to finish, conducting regular site visits to oversee each stage of installation. Our hands-on approach includes working directly with contractors and suppliers, addressing on-site questions, and guiding the process to uphold the design’s integrity.
With this service, we can tender the project with our trusted landscape contractors, with whom we have a well-established working relationship. Alternatively, if you have your own contractor, we are happy to collaborate without managing the tendering process.
Please note that while we facilitate tendering, we do not negotiate contractor fees or take commissions. Once quotes are provided, all final meetings and decisions are strictly between you and the contractor, allowing us to focus solely on supporting the design execution without involvement in financial arrangements beyond our fees.

The fee for the design guardianship service is calculated based on the complexity of the design build phase, timeline, and project location. It typically ranges from 50% to 70% of the garden design fee, ensuring comprehensive support throughout implementation.
